All Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) are drafted by family law attorney Reed Swearingen, who in addition to his law degree, holds a Master’s degree in accounting and has passed the Uniform CPA exam. After securing pre-approval of your QDRO, we will forward it to you or your attorney for filing with the Family Court. If you are a SC resident and will not be using an attorney, we will file and submit your order for final approval.
