All Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) are drafted by family law attorney Reed Swearingen, who in addition to his law degree, holds a Master’s degree in accounting and has passed the Uniform CPA exam. If you are a SC resident and will not be using an attorney, we will file your QDRO with the Family Court and submit it to the financial company for final approval. If you are a resident of another state, we will secure pre-approval of your QDRO prior to forwarding it to you or your attorney for filing with your state’s Family Court.
