All QDROs are drafted by family law attorney Reed Swearingen, who in addition to his law degree, holds a Master’s degree in accounting and has passed the Uniform CPA exam. For those who do not have a family law attorney, we will assist with filing your QDRO with your state’s Family Court, and submitting your order to the financial company for final approval. We remained involved until your QDRO is approved and your former spouse’s account is created.
